Lazer, one of my larger Percheron geldings was used for this painting, He was a true gentle giant. I liked the idea of the brightly lit backgound ( so much so that it nearly seemed washed out) in contrast with the silhouettes in the foreground. I felt the tree branches framing the scene gave it a more contained, intimate feel.
Prints Description
